We are a women-run program with extensive experience in assisting individuals in their recovery from opioid addiction as we provide telemedicine options for Suboxone in Maine and NH. We offer nonjudgmental treatment with patience, understanding, and a sense of humor. We look forward to assisting you on your journey to wellness.

At this time, we only prescribe Suboxone for opiate addiction treatment in Maine and NH. Please note that we DO NOT offer Subutex or Methadone at this clinic.
Yes. You will need to come into our Portland office for your first visit, but your appointments after that will all be through TeleMedicine. You will go to a lab closest to your home each month for urine drug testing and the results will be sent directly to our office. The fee for first visit is $300 and each follow up appointment after that is $150. Payments must be made via PayPal prior to each visit.
We do not accept any insurance plans. Our services are cash payments only. If you do have commercial insurance, we can provide you with a Super Bill to submit to that company for reimbursement but we cannot guarantee any coverage. Please contact your insurer for an explanation of benefits.
